Privacy Policy

• We never sell your personal data.
• We collect only what an app or page actually needs to work.
• Several of our apps run entirely on your device and make no network calls — they collect no data whatsoever.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, or to delete it, at any time.

This single policy applies to our website and to all apps created by Pixely Pte Ltd, including browser extensions, web apps, and mobile apps. Where a specific app collects data differently, that app’s store listing or in-app notice will say so, but this policy is the baseline for everything we ship.

Some of our apps are read-only and process data entirely within your browser or device. They make no network calls to us, ship no remote code, and include no analytics or trackers. For these apps we receive no personal data — nothing leaves your device, so there is nothing for us to store, share, or sell.

When you use pixely.io, we may process:

• Contact form details — your name, email, and message, used solely to respond to your enquiry. These are delivered to us by email and are not used for marketing.
• Analytics — aggregate, privacy-respecting usage data (e.g. pages viewed, approximate region, device type) via Google Analytics and PostHog, used to improve the site. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

We use the limited data we collect to respond to your messages, operate and improve our products, keep our services secure, and meet legal obligations. We process personal data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in running our business, or to fulfil a request you have made.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — such as our email, hosting, and analytics providers (Google and PostHog) — and only to the extent they need it to provide their service. These providers may process data outside Singapore; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Contact enquiries are retained while we correspond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Subject to applicable law, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the EU/UK GDPR where relevant, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be made prominent where appropriate.
